National Salt Industry Co. Ltd. is a partnership company that engages in salt and byproducts of salt production and distribution based in Mogadishu city and it was established on March 05, 2020. The mission of the company is to supply high quality of natural salt and by-products of salt in both near and remote regions of Somalia, and mainly as an international distribution. The idea behind this company is to provide natural salt resource to our customers. The company plan is to provide a blueprint for near term and long-term goals. The company plan will be utilized as a tool to gauge how well the company is doing in the future compared to their initial goals and keep them on target.
Our Purpose
The purpose for which this Corporation is organized is to engage in any such lawful act and/or activity under the General Law of the Galmudug State of Somalia and the Federal Republic of Somalia other than the banking business, trust company business or the practice of a profession not permitted to be incorporated by and pursuant to the Galmudug State of Somalia and the Federal Republic of Somalia Corporations Statute.
